Leather – Regularly clean your leather with a damp microfiber cloth and allow to air dry in the shade. Regularly condition your leather with Leather Condition.
Avoid rough surfaces that can scratch or graze the leather or place in areas where excessive rubbing can occur.
Do not immerse your leather in water. If your leather becomes wet, absorb as much water as possible with a microfiber towel and allow the leather to air dry naturally in the shade. Do not place your bag near a heat source to dry. After your bag is dry, condition with Leather Conditioner.
Canvas – although we use a heavy duty canvas, you still need to treat you canvas with care (as with any cotton based product). As your bag ages, it softens and gets the character we know and love with waxed canvas bags, these characteristics become yet another invaluable story to add to your memories.
We recommend re-waxing from time to time to maintain your bags scratch and water resistance, with Canvas Beeswax Treatment.
If the canvas becomes dirty, brush off with a hat brush. For more stubborn dirt use warm water and if detergent is needed use only mild detergents. Allow to dry in the shade and then rewax with Canvas Beeswax Treatment.
Store your bag in a cool dry place.
Keep sharp objects, deodorants, cosmetics and liquids that can leak and leave marks inside a waterproof pouch to avoid spillages and stains.
