Thank you for shopping at Beyond the End. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you’re wanting to return/exchange an item, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your item.  We want nothing more than for you to fall in love with our products.  We can accept a return on all full priced items for a store credit.  Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and item unused.  Items must be returned in original packaging – all hats must be returned in the original hat box.  Customers must pay for all postage associated with the return of the products using a trackable shipping company.

Sample and Sale items are unable to be returned.

In the unfortunate event that your item is received faulty or damaged please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your products.  If the items are deemed to have a minor fault, as per Australian Consumer Law, we will replace the product.  If the items are deemed to have a major fault, as per Australian Consumer Law, we can offer a replacement item, store credit or refund.

Please note – if purchasing an item online, we try to match photos as close as possible to the colour of items.  Unfortunately, things like lighting, screen resolutions/brightness, reflections can alter the colour you see.  If the colour wasn’t exactly what you’d hoped for we are happy to exchange your products or offer a store credit.
