Thank you for shopping at Beyond the End. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you’re wanting to return/exchange an item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.  We want nothing more than for you to fall in love with our products.  We can accept a return on all full priced items for a store credit.  Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and item unused.  Items must be returned in original packaging – all hats must be returned in the original hat box.  Customers must pay for all postage associated with the return of the products using a trackable shipping company.

Sample and Sale items are unable to be returned.

In the unfortunate event that your item is received faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your products.  If the items are deemed to have a minor fault, as per Australian Consumer Law, we will replace the product.  If the items are deemed to have a major fault, as per Australian Consumer Law, we can offer a replacement item, store credit or refund.

Please note – if purchasing an item online, we try to match photos as close as possible to the colour of items.  Unfortunately, things like lighting, screen resolutions/brightness, reflections can alter the colour you see.  If the colour wasn’t exactly what you’d hoped for we are happy to exchange your products or offer a store credit.
